    I would prefer ebay, than someone i have never heard of. Least i have a chance of money back.

    Also ,main page displays an ad for cameras in pounds or using the pound symbol, so is this asutralia , uk , french or just BS

    Just one opinion: plenty seem to like them:

    "They're too mild mannered
    Too much sophistication is just as destructive as too little, and the Sennheisers seem too mild-mannered (or worse, uninterested) to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.

    At the risk of appearing glib, then, we reckon the HD598s sound every bit as beige as they look. That's not a bad thing in and of itself – beige is neutral, restful and it doesn't show the dirt like some other colours – but it just won't do where headphones are concerned.

    Unless you value good manners above all else, you should look elsewhere."

      I guess Sennheiser forgot to pay the ad-tax^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H^H take out an ad in the magazine the month they ran the test.

    I actually think medium_tight has a good sense of humour. The purpose of this site is to find the best bargains - normally with the emphasis being on the percentage of the discount. I laughed when I saw this heading - so thank you medium_tight. You made my day … 22c discount on $274.78 is 3/5 of nothing ;)

    To be honest, I enjoy my $2 headphones I got from Logitech. For that price, they even came in a hard case ;) Now that's cheap!!

      Hey I am still enjoying the earphones I pinched boarding a virgin blue flight 5 years ago, so what if only one of them works and I have to hold the cable funny to get the other ear to work.
