I bought this 2 months ago for same price and used up already 2 bottles. We have 2 toilets and 2 adults and a kid. I think it just depends how often you need to use it.
totally understand, i drop one of those bleach block (not those blue ones) once a month in the cistern, help alot with things sticking to side and stop those unsightly pink stain. Its extended between use of brush.

To make it last longer place it flat down right in corner of non agitated part of the cistern (ie least surface area to water)
I honestly think this would last me and my household of 2 over 5 years. We're still going on our 2 bottle and we've been in our house for 2 years…
I used to have a girl friend who did her big business only once a week. Sure you wouldn’t use it much then. With healthy guts you easily would use these up in 1-2 years if you regularly clean your toilets.

I’ve got 3 toilets and 1 child with aiming issues, lots of toilet cleaning in my house. Not for everyday use but for hardcore shower cleaning this stuff busts mould in grout like nothing else.
if you need this much can I suggest the culprit in your family own up and go and visit a gastroenterologist.

Choice magazine did a great expose/examination of how well different brands of toilet cleaner did. Some of them were essentially worthless !!
This was one of the ones that they declared to be as good as water.
