would it work for apple refurbished?

nevermind, found it in note section
    - Cashback is eligible on the purchase of Apple refurbished products.

  • Does Apple education eligible for this?

    • +1

Upsized cashback is only for the Apple store, Apple Education is still at 1.5% cashback

  • Does apple cashback work on the aoc education store?

    • +1

Upsized cashback is only for the Apple store, shop like usual via the ShopBack link attached in the table above

Is payment using Apple giftcard eligible for the 10% Cashback? I know CR will still payout Cashback for orders paid using gift cards.

    • +2

      Yes it is :)

      • HI GYB, there is 10% CB on ebay, Can that be combined with AFTERPAY code?

        • The upsized 10% cashback is only for Home & Garden category, and the Afterpay code is not listed as eligible approved coupons

      • From SB website: "Cashback is calculated based on the Order Value, excluding any GST/Taxes, Delivery Fees, & any amount paid for with Gift Cards."

So if I buy something today using SB and pay entirely in Apple Gift Cards, will I get the cashback or not?

  • Oh, a bit disappointed about Asics, long while no good deal

  • As per Liquorland FB page, 2500 flybuys points on $100 spent.
Can this be stacked with the cashback ?
Also, why does Liquorland website doesn't show 2500 flybuys points on $100 spent ?

    • +1

Because they love getting you to chase up the points rather than just giving them to you… screenshot everything.

      • I have found it in their website. So it's all good.
But just need to confirm whether the cashback gets tracked if I enter my flybuys number when putting an order. Few months ago it did for me. I guess it is a bit unclear everytime and would be great if someone from shopback could confirm.

        • Flybuys can always be stacked with cashback…

  • Are Apple Airpods 3rd Gen eligible for the 10%?

    • +1

It's in the notes within the T&C

Cashback Ineligible for Newly announced products such as AirPods (3rd Gen), MacBook Pro M1 Pro and M1 Max 14 and 16-inch, HomePod Mini, iPhone 13/13 Mini/13 Pro/13 Pro Max, iPad (9th Gen). iPad mini, Apple Watch Series 7 & AWS7 cases, as of 22.11.2021

      • Aargh! Didn't know Shopback didn't apply to these new products. Hopefully Apple are ok with instant returns.

      • +1

AirPods (3rd Gen) been out for months now

        • Totally, it's been 6 months since iPhone 13 release too. Hate that this T&C was hidden and not in the T&C section but an expandable "Notes" section that I only saw after buying.

Would really appreciate confirmation from somebody that I'm not going to get the 100%, then I'll cancel my order.

  • The new iPhone SE isn’t mentioned

    • Anything "new" most likely is Not included

  • I only found the hidden T&Cs after I made my purchase, after returning to the ShopBack website, scroll down the page and expanding "Read More" in the "Notes" section along the left panel, which I visually hadn't seen and didn't understand "Notes" to mean Terms and Conditions anyway. This didn't seem like an expected place to find such T&Cs, I wonder if it's even legal to put binding conditions hidden from the page under a separate misleading header.

I bought an iPhone 13 Pro, clicked the Shop Now tracking button around 11.45pm but completed my purchase on Apple.com exactly on midnight. I was worried it may not have tracked within the special 10% day, but now my bigger concern is that the product is ineligible. Could you please confirm whether your hidden Terms and Conditions mean the iPhone 13 Pro is truly ineligible for cashback? If you can confirm then then I'll cancel my order :-(

I would have assumed that the iPhone 13 was going to be the main thing people are buying from Apple, seems pretty misleading and dodgy not to mention that the range (plus loads more products) are excluded, either on this OzBargain post or more prominently on the ShopBack page. I only made a ShopBack account today for this so maybe it's my fault for being a new customer and not a veteran of the site.

    • May I ask how is your order? it your order being tracked? I may consider do the same, but don't know if shopback works on iPhone. Thanks in advance.

      • Any iPhone purchase will result in cashback being tracked as long as it you’re not buying items from the notes below:

Cashback Ineligible for Newly announced products such as AirPods (3rd Gen), MacBook Pro M1 Pro and M1 Max 14 and 16-inch, HomePod Mini, iPhone 13/13 Mini/13 Pro/13 Pro Max, iPad (9th Gen). iPad mini, Apple Watch Series 7 & AWS7 cases, as of 22.11.2021

Thanks for your answer. It's very confusing since different people claim different things. I just wait for next promotion whenever they (either SB or CR) come first.

First thing, make an appointment at SpecSavers.

Under the Notes section, it is unequivocally stated that CB is ineligible for iPhone 13 + variants.

Nothing misleading or dodgy going on. All exclusions are clearly listed.

To add to that, I’ve even listed the Notes/T&C explicitly in the comments above
