I can’t speak for the wider community, but I had had major issues when I shopped with Creation Watches.
Admittedly, this was quite a few years ago, when you could still buy the SKX007 and SKX009, but I received 2 Seiko dive watches that I strongly suspect were factory seconds.
One watch had a very large chunk of stainless steel roughly gouged out of the case, in the area between the lugs, and the other had a badly dented bezel.
When I sent Creation photographic evidence of the problems and politely requested a refund or replacement, they insisted that I pay for the return shipping of the faulty watches and refused to reimburse me.
I had to threaten to take up the matter with my credit card company before they reluctantly agreed to a reimbursement of all costs. I got my money back in the end, but based on that unpleasant experience, I won’t shop with them again.

TRS should not be possible as they are based overseas and you can't claim on imported goods.
I wouldn't consider this a cheap price for a basic Seiko watch. They've been much cheaper in the past
