I’d avoid Kogan at all costs. Also I’d prefer a Hisense 4k tv for $420:

    • No stock in stores, so add on $75 for delivery. Still tempting.

  • Would be keen to hear from anyone please that owns this tv, or any thoughts on alternatives/options for this size of tv

Edit: thanks for the above suggestion!

Hard to get your hands on the above one but they’re out there. Anything but Kogan for me.

I have this exact tv. Bought it about 2 months ago. Delivery took forever.

      Pros
Not bad for the price you are paying.
Integrated Chromecast is a win, with lots of apps to choose from.
Easy to set up and use.

      Cons
Response time from remote is slow (especially volume).
Sometimes picture just freezes, and sound carries on.

Anyway, that's my take on it.

      • Thanks for sharing your feedback, much appreciated :)

I've owned a Kogan 4k Tv prior. Never again. No matter the price it just isn't worth it.

    • Whats wrong with Kogan TV?

My kogan tv is still going strong after 2 years

      • Same. I have a 55" I got start of 2019. Can't fault it but I did do a little research at the time and determined it had an LG panel in it.

No two Kogan items are the same. Do your own research on what each model actually is before being badged.

    Nope nope

Life's too short to save a few dollars over a proper brand TV. It's not much more for a Hisense or TCL.
