About the two wines:
Bec Hardy SA Shiraz Cabernet 2020
Jane Masters, UK Master of Wine: “A round, smooth wine with notes of hay, grass, lavender, and cherries. Shiraz Cabernet blends are classic in Australia”.

Vintage: The start of the 2020 growing season was dry with warmer than average temperatures. Heat and wind during flowering led to lower fruit set and subsequently lower yields at harvest. The temperatures became milder from late January, allowing the vines to recover and helping maintain acidity. Although crops were down considerably this vintage, their quality has been fantastic.

Style: This classic Australian blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon works so well with the Shiraz providing fleshy fruit flavour while the Cabernet Sauvignon adds acidity and fine tannin.

Nose: Dark fruits including black plums and cherry with hints of spice.

Palate: The dark fruits continue onto the palate which is medium-bodied with soft tannins.

Cellaring: Drink now to 2026

Lakeside SA Chardonnay 2021
Story: Made for the airline industry. Sourced from premium South Australian regions, this Chardonnay is made in a fresh, modern style.

Nose: The nose offers subtle, elegant aromas of freshly picked green apples, as well as citrus notes of oranges and lemons.

Palate: The palate is well-balanced with tasty flavours of apples and lemons, complemented by crisp acidity on the refreshing palate.

Cellaring: Drink now to 2026

    is there a killer priced taste pack with like one bottle of everything you make, would be interesting to taste the full spectrum, the cashflow wines and the signature wines …..

    I have bought quite of few bottles of wine from this company and have never had a bad drop. So far I have been very happy with the wines, service (Richard is brilliant) and delivery safe and quick.
