    Only $4 difference to David.

    • 2 whopper meals for me, i hate maccas

      • $2 a whooooper!?

        • +1

$2 snag a whoooper and a pack of small fries.

  • Price is hardly spectacular
Can't think of any real reason to choose this over Transformer

This is one of the lesser lights of the Android (Honeycomb) tablet world. You'd be better off grabbing a Samsung, a second-gen Motorola Xoom, or waiting for the next Samsung which is due out in a month or two.

Are you talking about the 11.6 tablet samsung is supposed to have announced by now? Been following that for a while now and i seriously wouldn't hold my breath. It was supposed to be announced last month but instead they announced free angry birds maps for galaxy owners.

The transformer 700 is out on june so id go with that instead

    • Speaking of xooms, picked up 1 (32gb 3g model) a few months old with case and screen protector for $300, wacked ICS on it and now loving it with SMS capability.

  • or just an ipad..

    • There are Android tablets that take on the new Ipad for specs, value or style for sure. (This isn't one of them)

    • That's the "4G" iPad, right?

  • considering you can get the better ASUS tablet for $377 at officeworks. (which I wouldnt so much consider a 'bargain')

"Delivered to Your Door Aus Wide"
    wow premium service!

  • As hard I'm trying, I just can see the bargain. This tablet is too plastic-fantastic to be priced like this.

    • +1

This Sony tablet would not be a bargain at $444 or even $333.

Sony makes unwanted junk now mostly.

  • -2

Now that the new ipad is out the competition needs to wake up.

  • Price it at $200 and only then it will be a bargain.

  • Love the ipad trolls out there.. Get a life..

Why is this post still even here when we have all identified it is not a bargain?

  • +1

Definitely not a bargain. And specs are let down by the tegra 2, which has been surpassed by the new Tegra 3 in the newest Asus Prime (i beleive?), I guess if your a sucker for big brands and such, or want something to sit next to your bravia and PS3, its okay. But in no way should a tablet enthusiast touch this thing.

  • yeah priced too high unfortunately - but the Sony S does have a nice form factor a. it's smaller and b. the wedge shape makes it easier to hold + has a nice angle when laid flat. I have a feeling the 10.1 inch size tablets might be too big. Me? Still shopping. Still waiting for the 'tablet price drop. Considering a chuckout chinese for a starter perhaps…

  • lol "delivered to your door"

where else they going to deliver it to, your front gate?

    hahahaha

    • It does make me feel all warm and cozy inside when they say it like that :P
