      most of those issues where related to confusion of the condition of "open box as new" and "refur", due the different condition mapping on each different marketplace, if customer received any new or refur item and found out that condition does meet they expectation, we always offer return with full refund.

    Shame to read about recent negative reports and bad experiences. I bought my last iPhone through these guys a few years ago and had no issues. They were popular on Ozbargain then. Looks like they’ve changed a bit since then?

    worst seller in Australia. keep away.

    brief history: international models sold as Australian stock, products were re-sealed to put in AU chargers. all sorts of issues on product returns, intimidating tactics to avoid paying full refund for faulty products and so on.

        my order was last year, a laptop. the laptop was faulty and was doing blue screen on arrival. I sent it back to you for refund straight away.

        took me 1+ months to get some of my money back, of back and forth, and outright disgusting conversations with a number of people from your team. You kept $200 of my money claiming it was a change of mind return and the laptop is fine. I needed money back, so I was just happy to get rid of you and end this nightmare.

        I hope those $200 were very important from you, because you reap what you sow. last time I bought anything from you, and I will make sure no one else does.

          • @AHUANG: I am not going to post any information that might breach my safety. Mobileciti had their chance to do things right when I got a faulty unit. now it's too late to try and correct the past
