Saw this yesterday at the Costco in Melbourne. $22.09 cheaper than the next closest (Megabuy including shipping) on static ice: http://www.staticice.com.au/cgi-bin/search.cgi?q=3tb+My+book…

http://www.myshopping.com.au/PR--369467_Western_Digital_WDBA…$219 seems cheapest. can you find it for less than $199?
I thought you might be right until I checked out shipping from Megabuy and it came to a total of $222.08 shipped. Saving $22.09 seems pretty good to me.
edit: in response to isdnman
how much are flights to Melbourne?
Thetes a Costco in sydney turd
lol I thought you were calling him a turd.
isn't he?!? LOL
No need to be hypocritic there. =)
That's a harsh thing to call Auburn.
Cruel but fair!

That one is USB2, how long would it take to fill 3TB?
Different Brands isn't a comparison. Its like comparing a Seagate Expansion Desktop External HDD to a WD Elements External HDD.
Same size but the Seagate Expansion Desktop Externals are prone to failure due to bad enclosure design.Data loss is priceless especially with a large drive, do you want to redownload your 2TB worth of naked women?
actually happened to me last week, seagate drive, lost 2 TB of naked men and women :(, hiks
That's a USB2 model, this is USB3.
seagate
lol
Would office works price match this?
Officeworks had these for about $179, just before the floods.
yes and then they WENT UP TO AS HIGH AS 379…
Prices are starting to come down to almost as cheap as they used to be 1-2 years ago. Normally stuff 1-2 years ago is 1/2 price in the PC world but due to those floods all the HDD prices got FUBARed.
Non-Costco members need to add the $60 Costco membership to this I guess
Omfg… not this again, you can refund it at any time.
officeworks pricematch?
I've tried this before, its really hit and miss unless its printed out and absolutely no caveats. I suspect officeworks will add the $60 membership to the price and match it at that. At least from my last experience they did something like that when trying to match another similar store.
This is now 219.99 at Costco Melbourne…
Normal price.
