        I looked at the picture for the Gigabyte B550 back plate and it only has one USB-C there.

    The B550 motherboard chipset supports Ryzen 3000 and up so if you can find a Ryzen 3 3100 or 3300X used then that's your best bet. As for brand new, I think R5 3600 and R5 5600G are around the same price nearing $300
