Good selection of dog and cat products but not for small animal such bunny. Anyway, good price with the cash back
Is there a cap?
Tried looking, doesn’t seem to be, but before I make a big purchase. Would like to knowNo cap this time!
Says uncapped in the Shopback app
Is there a cap?
Does anyone know if we can use the TCN home giftcards?
i'm sure you can but you ain't getting the cashback
General rule is, if you use giftcards, you wouldn't get the cashback.
Love is in the air.
Say no to beastiality!

Funnily enough the Laucke Red Hen chicken food isn’t available online only their crappy pellets otherwise a bargain would’ve been had.
Any limits?
Uncapped
everything is saying OOS in particular, fish tanks. But is available in store but can't add to cart to use shopback, any suggestions?
Even after cashback price is still higher than most competitor’s price. Prices are highly marked up.
Yep I'm getting tired of all these high percentage pet food specials, 99% of the time the normal price is cheaper.

Any recommendations for dry dog food? Used to go with Blackhawk but I feel like the quality has gone down.
Prime have a dry dog food range now may want to check out. It's in our large rotation (along with ziwi, k9, blackhawk, absolute holistic etc) for a fussy af cavoodle.
Hey sorry a bit off topic but we've got a fussy 1yr old cavoodle - is there a way you get it to eat? I've rotated through Blackhawk/ziwi/orijen and others but for kibble we need to coax him to eat and stay relatively near him while he's eating so he doesn't get distracted. I'm gonna continue trying different brands to see what sticks
I hear you, it's a daily battle. Way different to others dogs i've had. Ours has a wide variety of dry foods including freeze dried raw (k9 natural, frontier pets) and we give 1 or 2 different types on random rotation mornings. Usually mix in a few bits of something else as well like dried liver, tripe, salmon skin etc. Often he won't eat the real food though and if so he gets minimal treats through the day until he does. I'll either take it away or if i leave it and its not eaten by early afteroon i take it away and it'll get mixed in with his dinner. If i have time in the morning i'll get him a little revd up playing a game to spark interest in the hallway or outside throwing on the path or grass. Twice a week i'll give him a raw chicken wing/foot or small raw beef brisket bone for breakfast (always eats it). Ours is only a bit over 5kg so quite small.
For dinner it'll be freeze dried raw food usually (frontier, k9) served dry but mixed with some raw beef/kangaroo/turkey with a little water so the meat blood/juices mix more. Served on a food mat, not bowl. Sometimes i'll other stuff like steamed pumpkin. Basically just a little of something different to keep interesting. Could be cooked chicken or pork too. Some days he'll only eat half of it, or none, but then eat it later that evening. Whenever he does however i make sure to positively re-enforce and reward him (he loves meaty treats from Clear Dog and Wag).
Don't get too hung up, they'll eat when hungry enough even if it means skipping a meal or two. Ideally at this age should eat twice a day but they will happily play games skipping a meal thinking they can get by on yummier treats until next meal, this is where you need to draw a line and discourage it by giving less treats during those times and reward when they eat their meals… whenever it is. If you serve something and they dont eat it, be sure to serve it again for/with next meal until they eat it, then reward.
@Xizor: Thanks for that! That's reassuring - we've been only feeding him once in the morning but good idea to try get him to eat it and avoid treats
I swapped form Blackhawk to Meals For Mutts and my dog seems to love it and hasn't caused any flare ups with his IBS.
They are 25% off too so makes it really cheap with the cashback.
https://www.petstock.com.au/products/meals-for-mutts-adult-s…Yeah - our dog used to be constantly scratching and biting at his skin so we switched to meals for mutts and his skin is a lot better.
EDIT - and you're right - with the 25% off and 27% cashback it comes to $81.32 for a 20KG bag. That's an excellent deal - you should post it separately.
Applaws dry dog food. We usually grab them when they are on specials in Coles/Woolies.
Curious, how do you gauge the quality of dog food? Are you monitoring the pack for changes in ingredients or…?
I've seen a few people say the quality has gone downhill but no real reference to how.
I've been feeding my dog blackhawk for ~3 years now and I can't tell any difference. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Better check that the Petstock prices aren't too high, even with the cashback.
For example, 2kg of Royal Canin Renal cat food is $33.50 after the 27% cashback.
But the normal price at Pet Circle is $32.
So not worth it in my case. This 20kg bag of cat food seems cheapest at PS before cashback, which would make the price $63 after it. Hmm I might buy another bag.
Do you mean $83? It's $110 before cashback?
Oops yep.
Bag of Ivory Coat
Some ziwi for treatsBoth cheaper than Pet Circle, plus the 27.5%.
Bargain.Check pet stocks 25% range!
Stocked up on Advance cat food.
Their sale prices are comparable to PetCircle and Budget Pet, but the extra 27% cashback plus the brand dollars really makes it worthwhile. Most of the good stuff are gone, let's hope more stock gets added
Still plenty for dogs. Grabbed some K9 and Ziwi.
Too many people with cats lol
Ordered 3 bags of breeders choice 30L litter with free delivery Thanks OP
Likewise, this is a good price, $20.61 with 27% cashback!
am I too late? All cat foods that my cats love, are OOS. :(
Anyone got a premium dry cat food they want to recommend over the more ‘premium’ options stocked at coles/woolies?
I use Advance, seems good so far
Healthy Everyday cat food. I feed my boys the Chicken formula. Here’s the thing, it’s not the tastiest kibble ever, but the ingredients are fantastic at a very reasonable price point. I had to coax my two cats over the transition but now they both gulp down the food every meal. It also claims to prevent hairball, which I found to be true because my medium hair boy vomited hairball when we took him off Royal Canin Hairball but he has been in this food for about a year and hairball free!
here's a site I used to find my cats food (earthborn holistic)
https://www.petfoodreviews.com.au/dry-cat-food/grain-free-dr…
personally chose them as they where well priced to quality ratio, ziwipeak is the best but also astronomically more expensive. hope it helps you and anyone else who is cautious with what's in their pets food
Thanks guys much appreciated!
I feed my cats a mix of hills, canidae and applaws. One of them is picky with the canidae, but the other one eats anything (he eats tofu for reference).
I ordered some earthborn holistic from the sale to try it out too.
when I tried introducing the earthborn i had to ease them into it from original food to new food over several days e.g.
75/25 %
50/50 %
25/75 %
then 100%cat food is made palatable to cats by putting higher salt content and other additives to get cats to eat them, kind of like how all the healthy food for us humans generally isn't as yummy as junk good high in sugar and salts etc.
Ah yes, been through this before! And as you say, my cats love the Hills one the best but they get that for the dental benefits, and I give them the least of that one :)
It was like they knew we were getting a poppy, good timing. We found the prices for the larger stuff comparable. With the 15% bonus they give and the SB 27%, good deal.
For once the website didn't crash during a sale - I ordered yesterday when the 25% off sale started, but the nice person on live chat cancelled my order for me so I could re-order. Hope the cashback tracks!!
How did you get live chat working? I click on the Live Chat button and it just takes me to the main page.
I did it on my phone. Maybe I just got lucky…have a look at your pop up blocker if you have one too
The day is looking good. Valentine's Day gift collected and cashback tracked.
Thanks OP!
All the royal canin S/O at 25% off is comparable or better than most places + the 27% and free delivery to my regional area too which is ultra rare
Spent close to $600 and was all tracked!Shopback is telling me I'm getting $31 back from a $230 order (~13.5%). What gives?
It tracks each item separately
ha! Was just about to report back that was the case. They sent just one email, but tracked 2 items in the app.
Thanks bbbrrraaaddd 👍
anyone know if this is redeemable on pet stock gift cards? also having trouble with things being in stock in store and available for click and collect but unable to add to cart…
Tracked almost exactly 1 hour after order confirmation 👌
Picked up my dog's food at 25% off then 27% cashback! Nice!
This is very confusing. Is it an additional 27% off their site prices? Those already are showing 25% off. Looking at royal canin cat food 10kg
27% of your total purchase will be tracked back at your shopback account.
excluded GST and shipping
Too good to be true! I'm doing it. Thanks!
Thakns OP. ordered mostly some cat treats as most of cat foods are OOS. :(
Just received my order from them today. Does any one know if there's a required minimum amount of time to the best before date? Ordered a bunch of cat food and the best before date is May so I might not be able to get through it in time.
That would be starting midday wouldn't it?
