So i should cancel to save $50? Lol
well if you want some proper warranty etc
then yesOk il cancel. Cheers for the heads up.
Just have to wait on Dell nowYou get the same proper warranty from this. It's a Dell refurb but Harris Technology is selling it. It says on the ebay page under Condition "Warranty】DELL Australia official renew program- 3 Year Onsite Warranty.". That's warranty from Dell itself. So you've got nothing at all to worry when it comes to warranty.
So there is no need to cancel the order if you were afraid of warranty conditions.
@hollykryten: Iv bought refurbished fridges before. But never a monitor.
So wasnt sure if this was a good deal or not.
As of right now it is the cheapest. Until Dell decide to have a sale again@minatosensei: Are you sure you aren't thinking about factory second fridges?. Warranty can be dodgy with that. The warranty for factory second is different from manufacturer refurb. For manufacturer refurb the warranty is honoured by the manufacturer. In this case it's Dell with the 3 years on site Dell warranty. You can't go wrong with that sort of warranty.
@hollykryten: actually ur right, bought 2 LG factory second fridges, had no issues with either yet,.
youve put me at ease, i dont mind paying $50 extra now@minatosensei: Better hold off on that as been shown below it's currently $689 for refurb direct from the Dell AU outlet store.

@hollykryten: i already asked for a refund, just have to wait now and hopefully reorder from Dell
This is actually Harris Technology selling this. It's not sold direct from Dell itself. But it's a genuine Dell refurb which Harris Technology must have obtained stock from Dell.
I have 2 of these. They are great monitors for amateur photos editing. I am not competitive in gaming so I only push to 120hz or 144hz at 1440p. Bought it when it was 1k each.
picked up a new one of these AW2721D non "re" refurbished at the last dell ebay %20 off sale for $800 if you can wait until the next dell ebay %20 off sale that others say are regular it might be a better deal
at the moment they are $50 off for $950 which is $100 more than the refurbished one which is not as good of a deal but might be of interesthttps://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Alienware-27-AW2721D-Gaming-Moni…
$689 directly from Dell

Ouch if op bought already
I thought this seemed overpriced, especially given the monitor deals we’ve had in recent months
This is why I'm scared of posting deals, because someone out there can always find a cheaper deal than me.
It’s not a competition. It’s just getting the information out. People post a deal and someone post with better price then it’s helping out everyone.
and yet u negged this deal ok
Cheaper at Dell by $160
Which is now $1049 if you believe it or not.
Have this and it regularly goes for 799 on Dell ebay site
