If you don’t have two of these by now, just grab one or two!!! Best mouse.
XL version of this would be my dream mouse.
Hey Logitech, got any decent leftie mice yet?
No?
Awww.
Was getting a bit of wrist pain using a Logitech M720 Triathlon mouse, swapped over to one of these at Xmas and it's been great.
a good mouse with a few niggling issues from my experience.
Both Bluetooth and 2.4ghz receiver have very poor range, anything over 400mm away results in spotty, stuttering usage. recommend factoring in a USB-A extension cable in the total price to remedy this by bringing the 2.4 receiver much closer.
Bluetooth mode goes to sleep very fast if not moved for around 10 or so seconds. Probably a power conservation feature, but its very frustrating as the mouse doesn't respond for 1-2 seconds when you go to move it again.
No wired mode, so doesnt work on some systems in BIOS etc, particularly a pain if you havent previously paired the mouse to receiver and need to do some troubleshooting
not great for gaming, not sure why, maybe polling rate, dpi, or sensor type.
4: I found it laggy for simple office tasks, and using this after coming from a 56g gaming mouse, it felt like a brick. I ended up returning mine and going back to my Triathlon for office. Your issues are widely reported and thanks for posting them here, because I'm sure a few people would buy this thinking it'd be a good all-rounder due to how popular it is, but it's far from it IMO.
- Never noticed. One of mine is 1.5 metres away. Via BT.
- Never noticed. Use bolt receiver?
- Just ensure bolt receiver is paired when you get it. Or use one of the 20 wired mice you have at home. :-) or use one of the Ozbargain devices you have lying around to pair it. I did that the other day when I actually turned off Bluetooth on my PC.
- Not a pro gamer but can understand why wired is better here. Bolt would be better than BT.
It's the polling rate. It's 125 Hz, which is 1/8 of your regular gaming mouse (incl modern wireless ones). If you're used to something faster, 125 Hz feels mushy, even on the desktop. If you've never known better, then it probably feels "fine".
It’s a normal price, check last few deals
