Going by Hardware Unboxed's in-depth B560 review, the TUF GAMING B560M is probably the second best B560M board after the Gigabyte AORUS PRO (currently approx $135-139).

This is also the cheapest price I've ever seen it, if only because of the $10 eBay code - it has been hovering around $125-130 for a while on Harris Tech Amazon. I bought it at $125 and it's a no fuss build - I like the toolless M2 installation as well.
