    I have no idea what that cable is worth but you're comparing the headset only (for $118.50) to a headset and cable bundle (for $145). You've negged so I assume that you must really know that this cable can be bought cheaper than $26.50, else your comparison is bogus.

  Let me make this clear. This is a headset and iPhone/Blackberry/HTC Desire cable combination. The cable is not your standard cheap headset cable. With all corded telephone headsets you need the headset top and the bottom cable to connect to your mobile phone - this deal includes both parts. All of the headsets and cables AAA Headsets supplies are certified for use in Australia. If you want to compare prices you need to look at Australian sites that only sell Australian certified headsets and cables - not overseas sites.
