whelp that was quick. gone almost as quick as RAT test deals.
see you all in the next VR world (read: deals)

  • Why is this suddenly hyped? Am i missing something?

Been out of stock since around the 28th of Dec and only just came back in stock today.

  • Grabbed one last time with the $100 Amazon credit plus the initial $47 credit and have had a few more referral credits since. Highly recommended.

Remember that you can get a full refund for any game/app within 14 days as long as you've played it for less than 2 hours…and lots of games you can get through within that time.

    • are the refund process automatic i mean just like click few buttons and done, or goes to manually at background?
for example if buying uses store credit. will i get the credit back right away?

Hopefully they ban those trying to misuse the refund policy. It's not there to try and rort the system.

      • How to misuse its there to try once only i think? And i figure many will buy if they like or if dont they only play for two hours so no big deal for the developer. This is perfect. Even steam has the same policy

        • -1

Pretty sure it's purpose is not for people to just try every game on there for two hours and lodge multiple refund claims. Processing refunds cost money. Won't be long before they scrap it if people start abusing it and ruin it for everyone.

For all you cricket fans the IB Cricket game is the bomb!! It's AMAZING.

    • Where can you get that game?

      • It’s an app lab application

        • Can you only bat in that game? What about running between wickets, bowling and fielding?

They really have hit this one out of the park. Not exactly sure why it's still under App Labs it's a well polished game and bladdy brilliant.

Few tips to make the graphics a lot sharper and gameplay a bit better. Go to settings and max out render scale plus work out your ideal height and bat grip settings. I max out brightness via Oculus settings as well. Also I take a leg stump guard since there are no pads/body that helps a lot for mine.

As for the controller I don't think you can buy their bat here in Oz but I bought a set of those Beat Saber dual controller handles with extended connector for Quest off AliExpress. Connecting the extention handle to one of the controller handles works really well.

All up a definite must for any cricket player/fan. Got to be the best cricket game out there by at least 22 yards and then some.

The cheaper option is to buy from them directly and activate in Oculus. However if you buy through the Oculus store you have the option to get a refund if you don't like the game.

  • Yeah and of something goes wrong, amazon is super in refunding or replacing. Seriously its name should be AA, amazing amazon

Got mine a month ago with the $100 bonus. Pretty underwhelmed. The resolution detracts from the VR. Not much available free and the couple of things I bought with the referral $47 remind me of the early days of CD based multimedia. The PC games require a pretty hefty graphics card (which I don't have and don't want to spring for). Seems to be based on the cheap printer sales model - buy the initial unit cheap, then endlessly shell out for stuff to use it. I think I'll be returning mine.

    • Sounds like you didn't do much research before you bought a pair just based on hype.

      • -3

Yes, it was cheap enough and with Amazon returns gave me a chance to try it.

  • isn't this normal price?

  • Back in stock! Go crazy people….
