Avoid at all costs. Exactly what Elijha said. I don't know what grift they're pulling but they'll take the order, fail to contact you or replying to any messages and then just cancel the order. They'll just waste your time
Don't buy from this seller. Wasted a whole pile of people's time in last sale and ignores messages. Had over 20 negative feedback removed from the last 2 months alone.
Yeah.. mine was showing as a neg with the comment removed and only "— " showing for a few days - now its gone completely. 0 in the last month and 4 in last 6 months is absolute BS, 4 days ago it was 16 negs and so many '—' removed comments with those negs. Now they are all dropped.
I think they have an easy time getting negs reviewed is the skew form "direct fact".. ie any assumptions or statements that can't be supported by the communication history in ebay will get the neg revoked? Which just has me now not trusting ebay review history.
My feedback contained no profanity or anything untrue. Mentioned the date I orderd, date I put in dispute and mentioned seller never replied to any messages until I raised a dispute. I also contacted ebay support directly before raising the dispute as I really wanted my cheap G4 Pro. Neg still got removed…

Adding to the negs here, avoid this useless seller. They take your money then do nothing and blame covid delays when they really just haven't bothered to ship anything.
If you cant fulfil an order, don't take the order.

I've personally had my feedback removed in the last few weeks. They had 22 negative feedback in last month when I left mine. When I went to check it next it was down to 6. No idea why eBay remove feedback and protect this seller.
I placed 2 negative feedbacks for items I didn't receive and ebay removed both of them, even though I had an case found in my favour against them. Ebay admitted that they should not have removed them but said they couldn't reinstate them (which is complete BS as it is their system)
Just went and checked and yeah my negative feedback was also removed. Good work ebay.

Put in a "item not received" case and I bet you will be messaged within an hour saying it was lost in transit and issued a refund.
I'm in the same boat. Unfortunately silly me have placed 2 orders with them, both are labelled as shipped but never collected by the post. Have you got your refund yet?
Had very bad experience with the seller.
My gut feeling - they never had stock and they were lying about "shipping it next week" for two months to delay refund.

Yep I previously tried to buy from these guys, never shipped anything, had to get a refund, they blamed covid, but as per others suspect they never had or were able to get stock. Complete time wasters.
I ordered a UDM Pro back in March 2021 from Cable Pro's eBay store and my order was fulfilled without issue.

They have 'sold' hundreds of unifi products in the last 6 months according to their auctions and yet searching positive comments only 18 contain the word unifi (2 of which are actually negative comments)
At least 22 known negative comments in the last month - who knows how many as ebay keeps deleting them.
Had the same issue as pretty much all the above comments, but mine was a UNVR.
Gave them plenty of time to ship but it never did. Negative feedback was removed by eBay. The sooner they get kicked off the better.

wow, is Ebay seriously removing negative comments on their own accord? If so that is a serious dent on me ever buying much from Ebay again apart from large well known stores. If you can't trust the feedback a seller has then the whole system is worthless.

Definitely do not buy from here. I spent over $2500 on ubiquiti gear and none of it was shipped after 3 weeks of waiting. The only way to contact was through their website chat because they don't answer phone calls and when I confronted them multiple times about shipping they lied every time. The last time they said they had shipped and I asked for the information they were getting from Auspost since the number they gave said it hadn't even been received. 5 mins later I got a notice that everything was refunded on ebay.
DO NOT buy. They should be closed down and ebay needs to ban them.
I left negative feedback on each of the items I ordered and every single one was removed. I posted on productreview.com.au and on their google page just in the hopes that no one goes through the trouble. I ordered the items off Wireless1 and Digilfe on ebay and both arrived within the week. Save yourself the hassle and get from there or one of the IT stores, Umart, MSY, IJK, Scorptec, etc.
Thanks for the thought on a Google review, glanced that their facebook page and they had a comment to call 02 9558 2188 "If you need any assistance regarding any products " .. I guess this might be answered when the 1300 is not. and a post in 2018 for when they announced selling ubiquity has this number for sale 02 9558 2100

I ordered an UDM-Pro in Nov 2021. They never shipped the item (~1.5 months), and never reply to any of my messages.
I raised a dispute and received a refund in a couple of minutes. My negative feedback (only stating that I waited 1.5 month and not receiving the order) disappeared after a few days.
I took a punt and ordered from this seller despite the comments above. As expected, they marked it as sent the next day but they didnāt provide a tracking number. They eventually gave me one a week later, but itās been āpreparing for shipmentā ever since.
Today they cancelled and refunded the order.
Here we go.

They will not ship you these products. They will say they will - then you will wait weeks then they will refund you. Not sure whats going on here but they should not be promoted.
