  Do stores need to approve the vouchers today or do they get a certain amount of time before the vouchers expire?

  Vouchers expire on 31 December. The business will be able to formally process them next business day, but only for those received from customers prior to midnight 31/12. ie provide the voucher to the registered creative kids provider at 11:59 and all is good. Provide it at 12.01 and it will have expired and can't be claimed.
