  These are an antibacterial spray, not hand sanitiser. That being said I paid 50c at Chemist Warehouse for a 60ml bottle (to get me over the minimum spend for a free 500ml hand sanitiser, as product I was buying was $29.99)

  True. Many don't realise the product cost is built into the postage price.
  
  Going by this comment, 50c at CWH x 12 bottles = $6 for the product.
  
  $14.95 less $6 = $8.95 for postage which is coincidentally sufficient for a small Auspost satchel ($5.58 to $8.84 Band 5 rates).
