It’s a full shower rail not just a shower head. I wouldn’t want to muck around with my fixtures but if you are a diy go ahead

No its not, it literally attaches to the where the head should go. It's a simple as wrapping some sealing tape and screwing it on.
This isn't a rails, it's a head with a diverter for a hand held. With a rail not much difference anyway. The outlet is literally connected the exact same way. It's has nothing to do with the taps/mixer. The rail is just held on with top outlet and just a bracket screwed onto a wall
Anyone know if this showerhead requires wall drilling for installation? Or just unscrew the old one and replaced with this one?

No it doesn't, it just screws onto your existing showerhead outlet.
The packaging of all these showerheads says that the warranty is only valid if installed by a licensed plumber. Note that Cefito's website says it only warranties shower heads for 1.5 years.
You can install it yourself in ten minutes (https://www.handyman.net.au/how-replace-showerhead) but if you do, you lose the warranty. Not likely that a shower head will go bad in two years.
Would same instalation method as in video applies for this model too??

POS one from Bunnings is $149 - decent one with 25 year warranty is $275
I got this one from Catch a year ago for just over $100. It was easy to install myself (and I'm shit with DIY) by screwing in to the one fitting where the old head was.
I'm not saying that this is a Chinese knockoff, but I ordered a different $300 showerhead that was selling for $100. The one that showed up looked almost identical to the listed product, but had no WELS mark on it.
Hiring a plumber could be useful if you aren't clear on how to identify that what shows up is actually WELS certified and not a knockoff that's going to pump your family full of lead and other toxic metals.

Cefiro sells this for $138 (It's not $300) and also does dropshipping, so it is plausible that it's being sold for $99.

Not really a bargain. Quick Google shows the going price , cheap brand.
Also buying bathroom fixtures that only have a 5yr warranty is indicative of what you are buying…
Getting a plumber out will cost 3x more than this - better off investing more
