I went past my local Big W this morning in Gungahlin (ACT) and all of the already reduced summmer clothing was reduced down to $5.
There was a good selection of stock at 10am this morning - I picked up a size 000 Winnie the Pooh baby romper and hat set and a size 1 little boys Dinosaur Train hooded tshirt and cargo pants set. There were no exclusions on the racks - everything was $5 and like previous Big W sales like this the racks were out the front of the store and further racks in each relevant clothes section. A sales person was providing $5 yellow stickers if the items were not already marked. In my experience the prices did scan at the register but the sales person noted that some items may not scan and to take the sticker.

As you said some stuff was marked more $7-$15 but it all scanned as $5.
