  • Seems a lot to forgo plugging in a cable.

Sorry to burst anyone's bubbles, but these things are known to suck a ton load of power in regards to a standard charger.

I mean, if your 'really' want to the ability to induction charge your iphone, then go right ahead.

But realistically, buying a dock or plugging in a cable isnt hard at all.

  • Galaxy Nexus???

  • Which clown values this at $189? Probably the same one who is going to take up to 4 - 8 weeks for delivery.

  • Could have gotten this at OW when they were clearing out these products - $10 for charging mat, $4 for the case. Don't have an iphone, so it was of no use to me.

So let me get this right. Every time you need to charge your phone you need to take your phone out of your everyday protective case & then put into the black charging case. Then vice versa when charge is complete.

Now that would give me the S@!#* after about 1 day.

Who ever invented this GREAT GADGET obviously hasn't studied '6th Sigma & Lean Principles'.

    lets see.
it still uses 1 power lead (same as my current charger)
it much bigger than my regular charger (taking up more space)
it consumes more power to run and takes longer to charge
    it cost 10 times more.

    it does look nicer.
does that nice look charger worth $74 more?
    answer is NO

you cannot beat my $5 standard/generic charger

P.S : if this charger comes with an internal battery that will charge the iphone/ipad all by itself (like a magic rock) for a year without main power then I hell yeah I will line up to buy it.
