  Yes, you can connect them, although they can also work normally, but we do not recommend you to do this. Because the adapter has a rated power, excessive voltage load will only reduce its service life.

Got this on the last deal. Almost immediately led's started to fail so certain parts the colour was different. Then entire thing packed up. Wouldn't recommend these from my experience.

I've purchased both from this seller and similar Kogan LED strips (for a little bit more expensive when on special but worth it imo) and the quality of Kogan ones are far better and include a dedicated white LEDs(as opposed to the 'RGB white' which has a strong blue tint). They can also get noticeably brighter and don't seem to have any intermittent connection issues with my wifi that require manually cycling power to it.

The remote also doesn't seem to work half the time to control colours or switch on or off so don't expect it to be of much use.

      I got him. This light strip has more functions than ours. It can connect to Bluetooth and wifi at the same time, and it is also a waterproof light strip. However, the price of his 5m light bar is twice that of our light bar, so Function and value are equal, right?
