I came across this yesterday when searching for screen protectors to suit Surface devices.
It's not clear how many are available, but I will assume they are limited considering the price and it being delivery-only.

Yeah that one, TFT. The viewing angle is so bad you don’t have to worry about people looking in from the side.
They are crap. Don't waste your money for a Surface Device.
I got 200 of them when I brought staff devices last year for my work. They reduced touch responsiveness and were just crap.
You just have to increase sensitivity of screen
Screen pretty safe in surface, edge is the issue, soon as it hit the ground, screen get crack. Doesn't matter if you have a screen protector or not.
Get something like this https://www.amazon.com.au/ProCase-Microsoft-Surface-Protecti… ugly but it actually works.
I have one of those expensive cases on mine.
