Would rather not purchase from Booktopia again - bought a couple of books at the beginning of this year and a particular one came water-damaged (pages were visibly warped). I promptly contacted their support who sent out another copy, which also arrived water-damaged too. After requesting a third copy, their support informed me that they would double-check that the rest of the stock was in good condition - which they later confirmed after a couple days. It shocked me when the third copy arrived also water-damaged.
From what I could tell, none of the parcels themselves had really been subject to the elements - so I doubt it was the fault of Auspost.
Lucky I didn't have any issues receiving a full refund for that book, but that was pretty poor form how they misled me like that and kept sending out products that were in visibly poor condition.

All Booktopia orders are fulfilled at their warehouse, with the highest level of care, by employees with a current boating licence 😛
Didn't work for me
Yeah nah.
