  I was able to opt in to this challenge. Went to purchase a JB gift card. It asked if I wanted to use some existing Shopback credit so I chose to use my Mastercard instead. Unfortunately I didn't switch off the "Use Cashback" option after I saw the Mastercard symbol against the payment and of course it didn't use my Mastercard for the payment and I won't get the cash back. Just wanted to mention this in case anybody else makes the same mistake as me!

  Totally stuffed this for my husband. We have two Mastercard credit cards, but I have used both on my account to purchase gift cards. Seems once someone uses it, the other person can't on their account. He's never purchased a gift card before, but can't use either of the Mastercards. I can't delete either card on mine as both have pending transactions.

  I followed all the steps and it still tells me challenge failed. I got the $0.20 cashback for the purchase of the voucher though, just not the $10. I can’t submit a Query for missing cashback because it won’t let me select a date.
  Will only use cashrewards from now on because far too often the rewards don’t pay properly and I am sick of chasing them
