  Dulux Aqua Enamel IMO is probably the best in the market at this current stage. Unless you want something like Taubmans Alkyd Enamel which has drying properties like an oil but coverage is a bit lack luster.
  
  Haymes Aquatrim isn't bad, I found it didn't lay off as nice as the aqua enamel.
