My stand mixer literally died tonight! Is there any point going up higher than the KSM160?
From my understanding with the KSM160 you get an extra (2.8L - smaller ~$70) bowl and a pouring shield. Other than that you get a range of colours with the KSM160 as well, other than that it's the same (?) machine.

I ended up with a KSM45 classic, being delivered next week
I pulled the pin on the KSM160 but added the metal meat grinder very keen to take my mince and sausage game up a notch. The dog will suffer instead of having all my left over trimmings!
If got the 15% discount cards for TGG then the KSM160 better
