I empathise with your business and you really need to communicate this to your customer base. It was my impression from the name of his cafe and LinkedIn post that he was very much still associated with the beans business. If I hadn't read this comment I would've continued to avoid his cafe and all other cafes that sell beans under the Di Bella brand.
