    Just a tip…
I've bought from here before, great service, but they only seem to last as long/perform as well as the budget basic eBay ones for $25 including delivery

    • @lachhelix Thank you for the tip

Looks like it is not a deal.

    • Great tip as it helps when comparing with others like Bosch Aerotwin for example.

Can you share what poor performances start to appear, is it cleanliness of the wipe, or the noise?

Interestingly enough, I've bought a bunch of aerotwins too - the ones I've bought a while back from the UK were absolutely phenomenal, lasted ages and did a fantastic job, were silent too.. But the ones I bought locally from Bursons (I think) we're absolutely terrible…. I had a bit of a read a while ago and it looks like they are made in a few different places and if my experience is anything to go by, the European market ones seem to be a billion times better!

Eventually it just seems to start streaking, the noise can't say I noticed it was any worse but in saying that as soon as it streaks I just order a new set from ebay

fitted a pair to a car which lives outside earlier this year ahead of winter. they still work fine when wet, but when there is only a smidge of moisture they shudder a bit on the up stroke. previously fitted ones which were on the car when bought (so no idea on brand) were fine for a couple of years in same condition
planning on trying janok next time
          .

      • Good question! When your wipers start to come to an end, you might see a mixture of symptoms - we tried to address all of these 'key signs' to look out for in our blog post. Check it out 👉 https://help.wipertech.com.au/hc/en-us/articles/360049301014-Longevity-of-wiper-blades-

Thanks for your feedback! eBay wipers can be a hit and miss depending on the seller glad to hear you are happy with yours. Just so you know, we offer a 12- month warranty on all our products from the date of purchase - any issues, let me know :)

  • No pricing posted and can't see pricing on the page?

Asks to submit a form for a "quote" for "premium" wipers that I would expect to fall within the <$20 range.

    One came up as $65

Could someone summarise and add to post / comment please for future notes

Are wipers hard to adapt to "rare" cars?

    edit - I think I misread something

  • Had a look - would want more that $15.00 off before buying.

I will stick to Bosch Aero or if wanting cheaper but good quality the Michelin/Goodyear from Costco.

  • i bought a couple of pairs for an Honda Odyssey and Mazda CX3 in the past.
the rubber blades are good quality and "dense" though as previous mentioned by someone else, overall quality is comparible to ones picked up from supercheap or ebay.
problem with rubber is they dry up over time and more quicker if left out in the sun.

i bought those wiper blade shavers from baseus to see if i can save a few dollars by restoring these instead of frequent replacements.

    • I wonder if you shave the blades, it brings the wiper piece closer to your windscreen and may have a higher likelihood of touching & scratching as it moves up and down?

  • Does it work on a Lambo?

    • Sure does! DM me your model and I can help you find just what you need.👍

  • Got $89 quote for Toyota van. Costco $12.50/blade, right?

    • Hi! Wipertech supplies OEM replacements wipers not the same as Costco wipers ( they are Multi-fit > many connectors that you attach to the wiper). Basically, when you buy our wiper blades, they are a 'one-piece' connector already attached to the wiper; it takes on average about 5 mins or less to install because they are identical to your factory wipers. No fussy connectors that you get with the Costco alternative.

  • lol surely this ain't a deal?
Costco ones have been great, just remember to replace them every 2-3 years or when they start to not wipe completely.
