Great price for the k-275, I paid more a few days ago from Amazon uk

    • How's sound quality? I don't need it but want it… 85% off :p

      • Amazing, there is nothing coming even close to that at this price range.

        • Any comparisions?

      • No idea, it's in transit from UK atm, they didn't offer free shipping a few days ago (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/664351)

This price isn't as special as it sounds. Australian RRP is inflated. They're 99USD RRP and these deals come up every now and then

Regardless, there is nothing that beats them for that money. My opinion was based on the quality, not the price only.

          • @dosada: Is this specifically for studio or day to day as well? Good bass? I'm a bass head. Thanks

            • @Bargain-er: I am using them as everyday cans on my pc. There's enough bass but not as overpowering as beats for example.

          • @dosada: Yeah I only commented to say don't just buy them solely for thinking it's some once in a lifetime amazing discount sort of thing

          • @dosada: What headphones have you heard before though…

  • Damn, i wish i hadn't spent so much already this week. Would love to get the K812's

That's actually a great price for k812. Too bad I have to pay mortgage this week.

      credit card?

  • OMG that is an amazing price for the K812, but I dont have money.

Anyone thinking of getting a flaghship from reputable brand, I suggest jump on this at this price you may never see again.

  • Do I really need to upgrade my K712 Pro's! Boy this is tempting.

    K812pro, great price

I can NOT get the difference of the sound between K812,K712,K701,K245, I can NOT get more details from these, it's not worth for my ears,
It's not worth, It's not worth, It's not worth, I must believe it.

Don't get the K812, get the thing it tried to poorly copy: the Sennheiser HD 800S. This statement also applies to the K1000. Other considerations would be the HIFIMAN Edition XS or the Focal Elex/Elear for cheaper, and the Focal Clear Professional (non-Mg) while there's still stock.

Don't get the K701 unless you're desperate for diffuse field tuning, or happy to EQ it on everything you own: get the K612 Pro, or consider the K702 for a slightly warmer sound signature. The HIFIMAN HE400SE are also great value in this price range, but they don't have the same imaging qualities of the AKG open backs.

Don't get the K275, look at the Takstar Pro 82 v2, the MH751, or step up to the K371. If you're ok with a different tonality in the bass and highs, you've got the option of the K361.

    K275 back up to $190.76?

    • Yep, same thing happened to a pair of Sony headphones I was looking at. $179 to $430
If you click K175 there is a set for $104.91.

      • At that point, you should be looking at the K361 or the Shure SRH-440.

  • Do these have the issue with thin internal cables? I lost sound in on earcup of my k702 because it turns out the connecting cable is extremely thin and it's too late for amazon to return it.
