Genuine. I've bought and received seeds from them from the last deal they posted.
Pretty small selections, despite being being called herbs most people would expect some fruiting varieties like chilli or tomato.
Honestly, just save yourself the hassle and buy from https://theseedcollection.com.auAgree, just bought from them for the first time recently decent germination rate and good prices. Not sure I would buy from anywhere else if all their seeds are equally as good.

For a member of the public (as far as I am aware), no. My family property is surrounded by fields of it. The properties that grow it have clear signs on their gates that it is a federal offence to enter their property (licenced to grow). It's like weed, it needs to be grown somewhere for uses in medicine. Tasmania has a good climate and it's easy to control what comes in and out
