I did not like mine (it was too firm), but their customer service was so easy and quick to deal with the return/refund.

Did you end up finding one you liked? I need to replace my old Sealy.

    Single shows $550.

    • Thanks, updated.

    6% shopback also

  • I have one of these at the moment.
I had the Emma (original) prior to this, and the Emma is heaps firmer!!
This one is kinda flattening with the padding, which I'm not sure about long term.
I think I got a bit over a month to decide if I wanna keep it.
But then the problem is finding the next one….

  • FWIW - we got one of these for one of my kids, holy cow it's a thick mattress, but it is really really comfortable though. Wife and I are thinking of getting one too.

    • +1

Yes they are thick, quite heavy too which is a bit of a pain to lift and tuck sheets under. It's definitely a firmer mattress but the pillow top is very comfortable. I got one for one of my kids, thinking I may get another to replace one of the other kids mattresses. Delivery was great and it's pretty cool unboxing them !!

haha you are correct the sheet changing and tucking is way harder with the weight of this mattress, still, for the money, it's incredibly comfortable in my book.

  • We have had one of these for 12 months or so. Queen size.
Great mattress, very comfortable for 2 people, one 100kg, the other 65kg.
I’d buy another if we needed one.

    • Any mattress sagging on the 100kg side?

      • +1

No, that’s my side too. Half the time I am close the bed edge.

I’m really happy with the mattress .
Just checked, we got it June last year, so more the 12 months ago. Paid $750 delivered.

I looked at heaps, didn’t know what to buy, price was decent, warranty decent so got one.

Then again, it replaced a 20 year old mattress, the floor would have been an improvement to the old one 😀

I’m considering this and the Emma Comfort and Diamond Hybrid

The Diamond Hybrid has a 4-5 week wait though but I was able to get an additional 5% off code via chat on top of the current 50-55% off sale

Not sure if it will work with 5.6% Cashback with Cashrewards but I’ll give it a shot if I go through with the purchase

Wifey wasn't happy with the Emma comfort - too firm and refused to sleep on it after a week. They sent a 2cm topper, which helped a little, but still uncomfortable for her. Trying to return it but they haven't responded to my email from Monday.
The mattress was also 2-3 cm thinner than advertised. Not sure if that was a manufacturer defect, but have elected to return it.

      • +1

Yes, very firm, not a very tall mattress.
We got asked to try the topper as well - a cheap foam layer.
It took them a week or so to reply to the request to return - you gotta take pics.
Then they put you in touch with their partner and notify them once collected.

  • $200 off Macoda now with DREAM200. https://macoda.com.au/ Very happy with mine

  • Hi fellow ozbargainers
I am looking to buy a firm matress
I have an ergoflex matress which is really soft and we don't like it causing a bit of back pain and all
Assuming that this matress is in a box
For all who used it is it really a firm matress or just like a memory form matress I mean firmness
Was thinking about Sealy or sleepmaker or something like that from a store
