      • The one order i placed with these guys = cancelled 5 days later without any communication.

        There's still people on here who never received the item or a refund, other got damaged boxes and Board Game Oracle even warns people about these guys.

    I placed an order, it did indeed have stocking issues which seems to be the norm for them. But it was resolved, I was refunded, and I got the products they did have in-stock delivered packaged fine so…

      When this question comes up on various boardgame fb groups there is a mix of opinions - lots of people that have great or ok experiences but also quite a few that have issues with poorly protected packaging, inaccurate stock counts on the website and poor or slow communication when there are issues.

  • Here is a comment from Gamerholic's Amazon account which has 10% negative reviews, even with Amazon wiring off some of the shipping related issues:

    "My item was delivered damaged but the shipping box was not, meaning the item was packaged and sent in a damaged state. Very very disappointed."

      By chance did they accept your order before telling you it's out of stock?

      • It was 9 in stock when I ordered (Wish I read the Ozbargain comments carefully before buying…lesson learnt)

        I only found out after contacting them about my order because I wanted to pick up the item instead of postage, as I was hoping to get it by a certain date

    Surprisingly OP's website still says 4 in stock (at the time of posting this comment)- which is misleading if what you say is true

      • I’m very confused!

        This is the response given to me by Gamerholic on Wednesday 17/11

        “ Hi
        Thanks for your message and we apologies for the delay
        Pandemic Legacy Season 0 is currently on the way to us from the supplier
        It will arriving us in 2-3 bussiness days
        If you want pick up, Please text my manager with a proposal date, time, item, and the quantity.”

        I had texted the mobile provided to arrange pick up - no response to date

        But then I got an email to say the item has been shipped with Aramex yesterday after my last post on OzBargain.

        The tracking number has shown the item has been picked up at 14:22 today, and is due to be delivered next week. So OP is not lying - unsure why I was told it was out of stock by FB/email customer service
