I have seen this before, but I wonder on something like a bike how secure they'd be. The two little clips don't look as secure as the twist of the Quadlock.

Since they're made of machined aluminium they could be as strong or stronger, I reckon.
They also have a lifetime warranty so that should count for something.
I've had a Quad Lock for years and sometimes still struggle to pop it on the mount first-go. This looks much easier.
I have always wanted a decent case and mount for the car… but i am now so used to my phone being my wallet (flip case), that i dont even know where my wallet is. Anyone know of a good flip case and mount solution?

Not a fan of either let alone phone case attached to your arm. don't you guys find it that belts are much better? Because if you upgrade your phone to a larger one it won't fit it may not fit in the case where I sit will for the belt
There is no arm case the phone sits in. The phone case itself clicks onto an arm band. So if you change phones, you just get the phone case that suits your new phone and you can use it again.
As for belts… I wanted the arm band so that when I went running I could put it there and go. I don't wear a belt when I'm running so it would be difficult to clip onto something.

I've reused the Quad Lock mount a few times so the double-sided tape is not what came with it. The tape I used is 0.5mm thicker than the stock one.
Looks nice and sleek. But jeez over $80 just for the simple bike mount!.
I thought quad lock was expensive!
Yeah, they definitely look and feel nicer. The universal adaptor was the main reason why I switched, I found the Quad Lock one too bulky for my everyday case.
Second reason was even after a few years I still sometimes struggle to attach my phone to the mount.
I bought it at a discounted price during their Kickstarter campaign, it was a little more justifiable then!

Just needed new case for an existing bike mount but got seduced by free shipping and kit discounts so dropped ~$90 on case + car mount + charging head.

Received mine today.
The mount is nice and secure for my bike.
But I have to say I'm disappointed by the case itself. As a daily driver, it feels thin and the buttons lack feedback. Spigen cases are far superior. Looks like I'll be swapping my phone cases when riding. Wasted money on the stupid ring.
I have a feeling mine is due today as well. I did read most comments and they all said to stay away from the ring, so I did. I too have a spigen case. I will only switch to this case when in dire straits or on new/long trips where I need the GPS. Did spend $200 for the entire ecosystem, the bike mounts, motorcycle mounts, charger, etc.
Ordered on 14th. Still not received. Pretty disappointing really

Finally received email reply from Quad Lock.
They said Good News!! Your parcel is on its way!!
I kindly pointed out I'm in WA and have no idea where Parkes is. Only that my order from the 14th of last month, still isn't here.
"Looking at the tracking for your order it still appears to be on the way to you and has been updated as of December 2nd and it looks to have reached PARKES NSW"
The update was 7 days ago. Do they even have stock in Australia?

How cool is that. It actually looks better, and way more stylish than the quad lock. The motorcycle mount looks easier to adjust too.
