    My order for this from Zavvi is upto 74days no item. 4 customer service emails and currently filling in DOR form. Zavvi seems to be a coin flip.

      did you pay extra for tracking? I've only ordered a few things from them, only during a sale cause their prices are too high otherwise. i'm expecting something in a couple of weeks. previous to that was a year ago and it arrived without issue

        Yes i have tracking. Item cleared customs and then dropped off the face of the earth. Whenever Zavvi is mentioned people are divided either no issues and recommend them or they post horor picks of poorly packed items or lost packages. 137 1 star reviews on productreview.com. Some people (me too i suppose) are angry and I just want to let people make an informed choice. I chose to order knowing and the coin came up tails. Customer support seems ok if you open a paypal dispute :P
