I ordered a pair of Bugatti's which came in a super strenghtened box (one to build and one to kept).
My mate ordered a single box, which came, with minimal packaging..
My pair, was fine.. and his crushed (not quite as bad as the above)….
Did a swap with him, given, I was going to build one anyway…
Ordered heaps of lego from zavvi.. you have about a 1/2 or 1/3 chance getting a crushed box..
Ordering, more than one set (usually a pair), get both boxes shipped in a larger box.. which seems to offer better protection..

Just sign up a new zavvi account and you should be good. Using Cashrewards Max (available for existing customer) gives you 20% cashback which brings the price down to A$352
and would the returns be any easier/ more difficult if paying by CC rather than paypal in case of a badly damaged box, which one prefers not to gift
Thx for that. Signing up a new account at Zavvi will be easy, having a new cashrewards account will be a pain. Unfortunately I don't have ANZ card, so I assume I cannot really receive 20% unfortunately, I will stick with 17%, which is good enough.

I got cancelled too. But the cancellation only just happened. No reason and stock still on their website. Typical zavvi so I’m not too fussed

Be careful from zavvi… my last lego set from them was horrible
