Not sure if this is still valid. Nowhere on the Target page can I find an offer to get a $10 voucher when signing up to their newsletter.
What worked for me was using Temp Mail to sign up to a new account on Target and then getting a code from there and using it on my usual account.Still valid. I signed up today and received.
Try and buy it via the Target app. It has hidden rewards tab under (Account > shop+) that may randomly reward you extra codes for next time.
It should have been $88, then it would have been good fortune.

Thanks! As an extension to this deal, I just found you can get it cheaper at Catch (still sold by Target Australia) - They are having a $10 off $100 spend sitewide sale, which applies to this to bring it down by $10 (same as if you signed up to the newsletter). I posted that as a separate deal.
