Doesn’t work. Keeps saying code not valid even after trying multiple addresses. Also reply email says something like $25 and expires 30 November 2020.

It looks like the welcome email for the newsletter sign up comes through fine, but it does not contain the $10 voucher code, nor does it get applied automatically.
Is Target Online deliberately trolling their customers?
I got my $10 when I signed up the account not when I subscribed to their Newsletter.

I can now confirm that after your first order, your second order will have $10 automatically deducted when it reaches $50 minimum. No need to wait for an email from them for the $10 code after your first order as it's all automatic.
How does this $10 work open new account spend $50 ,then another $50? Anyone know how to get this $10 which seems a nightmare to get.

Still works, I got my $10 off today. Alternatively, they offer a $10 discount on a $50 purchase to anyone opening a Target online account, which is slightly easier, since there is no email code to wait for.
I got a code under a different email but it does not let me add code which I assume is under promo code.
It says
Your basket doesn't meet the conditions for the promo code. We recommend checking the conditions and trying again
Little confusing but this worked. Just in case, I created a new account with another burner email address, but yeah, worked that way.

as commented above, just use a throw away email service. I've used temp-mail to get the voucher without any problems.

Thanks OP. However, I used one pass which is on a different email address to the one subscribed for the newsletter. Worked without issues while buying the xbox controller, so maybe not applicable to use same email id while using onepass
