      Which has no firewall, no anti-spam, no browser protection, no backup function, no on-line backup option, no remote PC access, no bootable CD for scanning when a real infection gets through and community limited technical support.

      I like MSE. It's a good little program. But it's a silly comparison.

  • off-topic For anyone interested, if you look up PC Tools and find a good cheap price from an online retailer, then go to the PC Tools website and open a chat with a sales person they will often beat the price.
    I did this early last year and they absolutely smashed the price of their competitor.
