  • Good price on good airline - has to be a risk that it might be hard to get back in though right, especially if you test positive after leaving?

Can we still redeem velocity points on Singapore btw?

  • Im looking to fly to Italy in June, it's a little concern about testing blah blah…

I wanted to use my pts to book business or first class, but have no idea 😂

    • June prices aren't this low (peak season etc) - unless of course there's an huge uptick in cases

    • If you have velocity points to burn, you should be able to redeem flights next year - see the link I posted to a earlier reply. (If you have krisflyer points, probably no better time to redeem!)

  • WoW great find, prices are the opposite of what I thought 🤔

Isn't EU a great concern now? As in Germany, Netherlands are reporting highest cases ever.

    • It is and each person situation different. Assess and decide carefully if this deal is for you 🙂

Totally fair. My comment was maybe in disappointment of the situation and not relevant to the post. I want to jump on this if I get clarity if once I arrive in EU, I can travel to other countries wihout needing a PCR test for every country. Found out that in stadiums for international travellers they are not accepting vaccine certificates and need another PCR test. If AU vaccine certificates get treated the same as EU certificates (barring the PCR test prior to departure flight, which I think is fair) I pesonally would totally book these.

        • Can't see many people traveling as it stands. :|

  • still listing Alitalia as an option - they're now defunct btw

    • Noted! Thanks for the keen observation

I want to travel but not enough to leave summer in Australia for a freezing cold winter in Europe.

    • Southern Italy is pretty nice in winter. 😎
