Anyways, I understand shipping is just all over the place for everyone, and shippit / fastway it pretty bad combo from my other orders and what others mentioned here.
Very stale by the time it arrived for me from the last deal. Roast date was also a couple weeks before the deal. Would not recommend.
We love our Sensory Lab coffee! Usually have pretty quick delivery to Sydney and beans are always freshly roasted. I have too much at the moment otherwise I'd be all over this deal like a bad rash!

Sensory Lab is good coffee, but delivery is just too slow, as others mentioned.
Ordered from the last deal on 16/9/21 and beans delivered on 23/9/21 (to Sydney). One bag was damaged, but that seems to be par for the course for every time AusPost delivers from Melbourne to Sydney.
Strangely, I have never had AusPost damage Manna Beans deliveries from Brisbane. Maybe the Melbourne posties hate coffee beans?Hey there! Did you contact our support team about this? If not, please do so and we'll rectify the issue.

On 29 September I ordered one bag each of Sensory Lab's two Kenyan coffees, ground for espresso. We've got family in Kenya, so we know and like Kenyan coffee.
The order didn't arrive until 18 October (there was no explanation or notification of the delay, but as we all know, Melbourne had massive Australia Post delays).
The coffee was disappointingly stale. Hopefully it would be nicer if shipping delays were reduced, but I found it so stale I'm not confident it was even fresh when shipped. I can't know for sure.
I loved the concept and branding of Sensory Lab and wish I'd had a better experience with it, but I've gone back to Airjo… who unfortunately don't have a Kenyan coffee. If I could just find a good, relatively fresh Kenya AA in Australia, I'd be very happy.
I ordered the last ones, roast date a few days after order, took 10 days to be delivered I think.
Medium roast, delicious.

If you're lucky they'll be delivered by Christmas (see other deals, seems to be a problem at the Sensory Lab postal area). :)
