    Genuinely curious how these work and how effective. Are disposal that can only be used once? Do the adhesive irritate the nose skin after many uses?

      Nasal Strips don't work for everyone

      Nasal strips work well for Nasal Congestion and milder type snoring not sleep apnea.
      I use them every night and my wife is much happier than when I don't wear them..

      If you have a obstruction to your nasal passage like it being narrowed then these should help. If your snoring is because of something like sleep apnea or breathing issues it won't.

    Highly recommend these. I use the extra strong large and I find them to be far more comfortable than other brands (including the expensive ones) and they stick much better. I have issues with nasal congestion, and my sleep quality is so much better when I use these. Won't really make a difference with apnea, but if congestion is an issue, give em a shot.
