      I always mark for them to swap out items if they're not available, so have never had my basket reduce. The swaps have always been good.

      With some offers the points are added at the time of ordering and you can see them instore on the POS terminal or for online orders on your screen. If the actual spend falls below these points do not change. When the points are not credited at the time of purchase and the spend is lower due to OS you need to phone or email customer service. I have done this and always received the points.

    Received a few of my favourite offers again:
    Wk1 1000 for $30 started Monday
    Wk2 2000 for $40
    Wk3 3000 for $50

    Using with $50 spend this week from previous offer. Received same offers in last 3 weeks, so only use in Wk3!

    Also received this Deal's offer - not as good on greater spend. Better to use 2 of these for 6000pts on $100 spend!

    The advantage of multiple Rewards accounts - choose the best offers & spread the spend across the accounts to keep receiving good offers!

    I recently got 16000 points for scanning my card once a week for 8 weeks, no spend.. I got 10 bucks a week for a total of 80 free dollars.
