And yes, provided the restaurant offers in app payment and % discount, you can use the code to offset the final amount post discount.

I've got code "Firsttime" for $15 off as well. They goofed up the email (recd on 20-Oct), carrying over T&Cs of some other deal (proby Copy-Pasted), so it said:

Later got another email on 26-Oct stating:
* Minimum spend $16
* Valid only on takeaway for restaurants allowing online payment.
