  • subnotebook sounds stoopid

    • I can't call it an Ultrabook, it's not thin enough to be one and subnotebooks don't have DVD drives. But it's also not small enough to be considered a netbook, so subnotebook it is.

      Problem?

On the Dell site they call it a "Laptop"
good deal though, a nice saving

      • @scrimshaw - I thought they called them ultraportables
edit, just checked..yes they do, seems like its synonymous with subnotebook but sounds alot better!

      • Starting at 2.06kg — almost as heavy as some 14" laptops with optical drives. Hardly subnotebook.

        • Where did you see the weight? I can't seem to find it in any of the pages.

  • FYI, this cpu is 2 cores, 4 threats.

    • threads* but yes that is correct

    • +3

Half the cores - double the threat.

  • If the GPU was a little better then it would be awesome, looks like it will run most games low/med :/

  • Hard to go past the Lenovo E320 in the 13" range for value for money.

I'm having a hard time justifying $1100 for a Vostro, when you can buy a new 13.3" E6320 Latitude from Dell for $644.
