Any self-checkout machine can generate a recharge voucher, very easy. Just press a button for Coles Mobile and then it will display all recharge options to choose from.

What you'll get is a normal receipt with a voucher PIN. That's all. No need to go to a gift card section. Mine had 12months expiry (until Oct 2022). Combined with some Flybuys deals so very happy :)

  Many thanks, I asked the staff at the service desk and they didn't know how long the recharge vouchers were valid for, one said she was positive it was 30 days hence my reservation. Either way I will grab one tomorrow but they really need to make the renewal process with vouchers clearer and stop confusing the staff and their customers.

Will the 10x Flybuys be automatically added when purchasing the Sim in store?

Scanned my Flybuys card to make the purchase today, but it didn't have 10x Flybuys.
