  • "Reusable bag fees apply" - is this always the case?

    • +2

I think so, but you can avoid any bag fee by choosing the option to bag it yourself.

How would that work with 'direct to boot'? They just tip everything in the car boot and you bag it up later?

        • +1

In my experience, they wheel the trolley to your car door, then you bag it up and put it in your car. They do bag up frozen stuff for free though.

        • +1

Yup, that happened to me once.

      • You can’t in my case. They force me to pay for $1 regardless if it was only 1 item (nsw)

    • Yeah but it's only $1 for all bags regardless of how many

    • +1

In NSW, they used to have the items in the cart for you to bag after. However, after the recent COVID case surge, they instead require customers to pay for bag fee. It makes sense since it makes it faster for us but I have so much reusable bags now thay I might just put the others for soft plastic recycling

I think they might revert to allow the "no bag" option once restrictions are eased

  • I have gotten 2 promo reward bonus points— 3,000 and 5,400pts if I spend over $100 online.

Can I be able to spend about $115 in one single transaction to get both promo points with this $15 code? I know Coles able to stack promo points. Just wondering if the WW system automatically add the both bonuses or just pick up higher value points?

    • Try it out and let us know

I don't see why not, do both offers apply for online shop?

  • Have a 3000 point offer too, might have to take them up but no idea what to get as did a very large shop at Coles

    • +1

      Non perishables on half price

  • Does anyone know if this can be combined with the monthly 10% off?

    • How?
You have to pick one code at checkout

      • Ahhh I see, thanks. Haven't done an online shop from woolies before.

Was referring to the monthly 10% off if you have a phone plan/car insurance/credit card with them.

  • Used this offer yesterday as I accidently used my woolies 10% off at a self serve and didnt realise. Thankfully this compensated for it. Pretty painless and was able to use my own bags.

  • +1

I waited for 20 minutes in the pickup bay at woolies the other day after pressing the "I'm here now" button on the app.

Had to walk into the shop and ask them about my direct to boot order which was sitting on a trolley unattended near the assisted checkout desk.

The manager of the store wheeled my order out to my car and said "sorry". Don't think I'll be using the service again after that experience.

  • What happens if your order goes under $100 due to out of stock items? Do they remove the discount?

    • +1

Nope, as the order would have already been processed and paid for prior.

If you have substitutions on, it would be unlikely to happen anyway unless you have a niche item in your order.

If the substitution is unsuitable (or any other issue with product such as damaged or expired), they will refund you in full via the 1800 number (only takes a few minutes).

Another $15 with code "15NOFEE4" (Min Spend $140). So you can get $30 off on $140.

    • Works perfectly, thank you.

    • Does not work??

  • How do you confirm where does direct to boot?

  • Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Sorry, the code you entered: "ONLINE" doesn't seem to be quite right. Please check your code and try again.

    • hey i am not sure whats happening. Have you ever done other modes of order such as pick up?

  • hey guys the code doesn't work. anyone having the same problem?
