No, it's misleading - the OP title is "AbeBooks - 10% Off (Max $15 Off) - Everything (Inc. P/H)". It actually doesn't include P/H, and whether the P/H equals the book discount or not depends on the individual book, many of which are $1 with $10 shipping etc.
It discounted the Total price which includes the postage, discount applied on both the item $1+$10(P/H) = $11 and 10% on that = $9.90 u pay, so the postage price is also discounted.

No, it doesn't. I just tried again, and it only discounts the BOOK price, not shipping.
EDIT: pictures added. Maybe it depends on the book and/or seller, but mine is definitely not discounting shipping.

To others, it does appear to only be off the book price. Before his ninja edit, Elijah used a $10 book price $5 postage and expected $13.50 while misinterpreting Captain Obvious.

Single use only?
AbeBooks keeps track (via cookies) of what coupons you've used. They won't let you use the same coupon twice during the one session, however if you just log out & clear cookies (or use Incognito/InPrivate mode), you can use it again.
Sweet! Just saved $8+ off two books, cleared cookies, added another book to my cart and tried the code again and presto, the code works again!!
