  • Are these the better blenders out of the brands out there i.e. magic bullet?

They are garbage. Mine lasted maybe 3 months before the bearings failed. Lots of reports online about the same thing.

    • They have new models coming in so most likely places will start to be getting rid of these older models. Newer models have a different locking mechanism which feels a lot nicer imo, spend a little extra and go for the newer model would be my recc

    • Ninja is better at the lower end (price). The biggest problem with NutriBullet is the design of the cups. The ridges that lock into the blades are soo flimsy and break all the time. When I used to sell these in a department store I had someone bringing one in at least once every two weeks… at least.

      • Mine has lasted a few years now. No breakages so far. fingers crossed I guess.

        No jinx thanks!

      Vitamix the way to go.

  • These are junk. Barely last a year.

they are cheaper for a reason fyi

      What's the reason?

I've been using a 600W one for close to 10 years now almost every day and it's great….

It’s the 1000W models in particular that have an issue where the bearings centrifuge out their oil and the self destruct… right into your smoothie too!

        • Thanks… I'll stick to my 600W then…

  • Rubbish, don’t buy, I bought one, started smoking, returned to catch, replaced by a new one, got wrecked after a year of light use no more than 30 times.

Btw, I have had a Kmart one since 2013, I regretfully dumped it while still in good condition.

don’t buy, I bought one, started smoking

I understand it might be stressful, but taking up smoking is not the solution…
